I've been offering mini sessions for years, and I still get the question: What's a mini session anyway? Parkplace Studio mini sessions are just as they sound: a petite version of my custom photo session at a value you can't beat!

Currently I'm planning my 2016 Holiday Mini Sessions. Keep reading! It's not too early to talk about the Holidays. Just think how great you'll feel when you have gorgeous cards to send out, keepsake photos for yourself, and a gift idea for Grandma and Grandpa that never disappoints; when you've created a tradition that everyone in the family looks forward to, and it's not a mad dash to get 'r done last minute! 

When designing Parkplace Studio's Holiday Mini Sessions, I asked myself what would  my ideal family mini session be?  How do I make it memorable, super easy and fun, while providing the highest quality photography and designer cards? 

MEMORABLE, SUPER EASY & FUN

It starts with the location. There's a lovely old fashioned tree farm here in Ramsey that reminds me of the place we went each year when I was growing up in Wisconsin. I discovered Hansen Tree Farm the first Christmas after my husband and I moved to town.  I contacted the owners about my idea and couldn't believe the gracious response I received. Dave Hansen followed-through by sending me a key for the front gate. I was thrilled!

Hansen Tree Farm has been the home for Parkplace Studio Christmas Minis for the past 6 years. Before the farm is open to the public, it is open to us! To keep the warm-fuzzy feelings flowing, the experience is complete with a stroll through the trees and photography that takes about 20 minutes. When we're done, I'll invite the kids to take home a candy cane and cookies and hot chocolate for everyone! Now that's the memorable, easy and fun part!

HIGHEST QUALITY PHOTOGRAPHY & DESIGNER CARDS

Next, it's on me to provide the highest quality photography and greeting cards. Final images are edited one-by-one providing 8 hand-crafted, polished images you'll love. Each year I work with an Australian-based designer to create Parkplace Studio's signature card design. I'll create a proof  within a few days and submit it for your approval. My goal is to ship within a week after the cards are proofed, and I usually hand-deliver them to my local clients. Now that's service! Voila...custom-designed holiday cards and high resolution digital negatives at your doorstep! 

COUNT ME IN!

Although space is limited, I'm doing my best to accommodate my clients' busy schedules. I'm offering weekday evening bookings Wednesday, October 25 through Friday, October 28th as well as all day Saturday, November 5th. The session fee is $249 and includes 8 high resolution digital negatives and 25 holiday cards. I'm looking forward to bringing in the Holiday Season with you and your family! Cheers!
